1. Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them

  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

    • Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    • The return address will depend on your item’s warehouse location.


3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved promptly.


4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to:

  1. Return your original item following the process above

  2. Place a separate order for the new item


6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10- 14 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
